Milwaukee - On Monday, former Milwaukee Public School (MPS) sixth grade teacher Tammi L. Monty, 40, pleaded guilty to one felony count of child enticement, including sexual contact. A sentencing hearing for Monty was set for July 10.
On January 31, Monty and an eight grade 14-year-old male student were busted by a Milwaukee police officer inside Monty's SUV in the rear seat with their underwear below the knees, according to the criminal complaint.
The teenager told the officer, that Monty had called him earlier in the night and wanted to "hang out" (see him). She picked him up from the south side of Milwaukee at about 1:30 a.m. and drove to the vacant lot near the 6th Police District Station.
Monty wanted to have sex with the teenager and asked him to undress, when he was about to put on a condom they were busted by the intruding officer.
The investigation revealed that Monty had asked the teenager to send her a picture of his genitals. She had previously send him a photo of her breasts, according to the complaint.
Monty was suspended MPS and later terminated from the Manitoba Elementary School.
