DNA Test Proved Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera Is The Sinaloa Drug Kingpin In Custody

The Mexican federal Attorney General's Office confirmed through DNA that the suspect in custody is Guzmán Loera, aka, El Chapo.

Mexico City - This week, Sara Mónica Medina Alegría from the Mexican federal Attorney General's Office (PGRF) confirmed that a DNA test came out positive that Joaquín Archivaldo Guzmán Loera, 56, is the suspect in custody. Guzmán Loera provided a sample DNA swap from his mouth shortly after taken into custody on February 22, in Mazatlán, Sinaloa.
Medina Alegría is an assistant expert with the newly formed Criminal Investigation Agency (AIC - Agencia de Investigación Criminal) with the PGRF.
The AIC was created last September and specialize in forensic, scientific services and intelligence gathering from federal related crimes. AIC is in charge of Federal Police and Ministry Police crime scene evidence and data investigations, and intelligence gathering analysis from other federal law enforcement agencies dealing with organized crime in Mexico.

DNA test came out positive that the suspect taken into custody is the Sinaloa Cartel druglord El Chapo, the PGRF has confirmed.
