Four Milwaukee Suspects Charged For Alfonso Estrada's Beating Death

The suspects beat Estrada to death over a hit-and-run accident, according  to the criminal complaint.

Milwaukee, WI - On Tuesday, four of six suspects were charged in connection with the early Saturday brutal beating death of Alfonso Estrada, 40, at the 3300 block of W. Lapham Street. The suspects are, Christina Suarez, 28, Joe Estrada III, 26, Septhano Torres, 22, and Dionte Williams, 22. Two other suspects have not been charged in the Estrada homicide case.
Suarez is charged with one felony count of harboring a felon and a cash bond was set at $50,000. Estrada III, Torres and Williams are charged with one felony count each of first-degree reckless homicide. Estrada's bail was set at $100,000, Torres bail was set at $101,300 and Williams bail was set at $104,940.
The criminal complaint states, that a female suspect passenger told police that she had been given a ride in a white truck from a bar located near the 5800 block of W. Mitchell Street and another vehicle followed them. That's when the deceased victim, Estrada who was driving a green truck struck the vehicle behind them and then fled. The vehicle that was struck and the white truck chased the green truck after the hit-and-run. The white truck eventually caught up with the green truck and was side swiped.
The green truck driven by Estrada then stopped at the 3300 block of W. Lapham Street. The white truck occupants, Suarez the driver, Estrada III, Torres and Williams stopped and Estrada III, Torres and Williams began an altercation with Estrada. Torres sucker-punched Estrada and Estrada III, Williams and Torres then jumped on the victim, began to repeatly punch and kick him in the head. Two other suspects from the vehicle that Estrada hit also stopped at the scene and joined in the beating of Estrada. Estrada died at the scene of force blunt trauma to the head.
After the beating, Estrada III went through the pockets of the victim and took his wallet and a cellphone, according to nearby witnesses. The suspects then fled the scene, but witnesses were able to describe the white truck and the other vehicle to police. Police located six of the suspects about ten minutes after fleeing the crime scene.
Police found a cellphone with blood on its screen and blood on the seats of one of the vehicles, according to the criminal complaint.
Estrada, the deceased victim is originally from Tlaltenango, Zacatecas, Mexico and has been living in Milwaukee for 30 years, according to family members. Estrada leaves a wife and two surviving children.
