Milwaukee, WI - Officers from the Milwaukee District 2 Police Station have circulated fliers alerting the neighborhood around Allen Field Elementary School that a released convicted sexual predator and a life time registered child sex offender has moved near grade school. The child sex offender was identified as Luis Antonio Martínez, 49, who was convicted in 2000 for two counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child and served 15-years in prison and received 15-years probation.
