Milwaukee, WI - On Sunday, Angel R. Suarez, 17, was arrested on a warrant for eluding prosecution as an adult for one felony count of 1st-degree reckless endangering safety and one misdemeanor count for theft, according to court records. Suarez around September 2014 cutoff his GPS monitoring bracelet and forfeited his bail of $1,000 when he failed to show up for court. A warrant for his arrest was on March 2015.
Suarez allegedly stole a purse from a woman at a Southside laundromat and fled. The woman's father chased Suarez, but Suarez turned around, took a gun out and fired several shots at the woman's father missing him, according to the criminal complaint.
Other charges are also pending against Suarez.
