Alejandro Rodriguez Arrested For Battery, False Imprisonment And Stalking A 38-year-old Woman

A 58-year-old suspect held victim at knife point in her house for several days.

Racine, WI - On Wednesday, Alejandro Rodriguez, 58, was taken into custody after a 38-year-old female victim wrote a note and told her son to give it to his teacher. The school principal contacted police about a victim being held at knife point at her home. The note stated, that she was being held by Rodriguez at her home and he had threatened to kill her with a knife.
Police went to the home and arrested Rodriguez and charged him on Thursday with 5 felony counts for false imprisonment (2 counts), burglary to commit battery, intimidating a witness and stalking, and 4 misdemeanor counts for battery (2 counts) and disorderly conduct (2 counts).
Rodriguez was being sought by police after he assaulted the same victim on September 27 and beat her in front of her children while inside a vehicle. He fled the scene, but on October 6, he went to the victim's home and held her and her children for several days, according to police.
