Troy Tiedke Charged With ReeAnna Ramazini's Hit-and-run Death

Suspect in hit-and-run death of a 35-year-old woman turned himself to police.

Milwaukee, WI - Last Saturday, Troy Tiedke, 19, turned himself to police in connection with Friday's hit-and-run that claimed the life of ReeAnna Lynn Ramazini, 35, who was struck by an SUV driven by Tiedke. Ramazini died at the scene at the 1900 block of W. Bolivar Ave., according to police. Tiedke is facing several charges for hit-and-run causing death and driving with a suspended license. 
A second suspect, Dominik Czerwinski, 17, is facing charges for harboring a felon. If convicted, Tiedke is facing up to 25 years in prison and Czerwinski is facing up to 10 years in prison. 
Czerwinski's 17-year-old girlfriend told police that she witnessed the hit-and-run and that the SUV was taken to a garage in Franklin where it was washed to get rid of evidence. 
Ramazini, according to police was in the roadway when she was struck by a white four-door sport utility vehicle driven by Tiedke. Two off-duty Milwaukee police officers saw the Ramazini lying on the roadway and began first aid. The Milwaukee Fire Department responded and attempted lifesaving measures, but Ramazini was later pronounced dead on the scene.
